PALM CREST, an agro-investment project by Reftop Agrofield, is designed to help you build sustainable wealth through oil palm cultivation. Following the success of Phases 1 and 2, Phase 3 is now available in the strategic location of Iseyin, Oyo State. With our structured model, you simply acquire the land while we handle the entire process from planting and nurturing the palm trees to maturity, through processing and sales delivering annual returns to you over a 10–15 year period.

Every investment is backed by proper documentation, including a Contract of Sale, Payment Receipt, and upon full payment, a Deed of Assignment and Survey Plan. We also provide full transparency, with scheduled farm inspection visits available for investors who want to see the project firsthand.

We offer flexible investment options to suit your capacity: a full hectare (15 plots) at ₦13,750,000 with 150 palm trees, or an acre (6 plots) at ₦5,500,000 with 60 palm trees both inclusive of documentation. Flexible payment plans are also available to make entry seamless.
